BharatBenzDaimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), manufacturer of BharatBenz, has opened 10 new touchpoints for commercial vehicles in an online event celebrating Diwali, the festival of lights.

The new units will add around 300,000 sq ft of workshop space that includes over 40 mechanical bays. This enhances the network’s monthly service capacity to more than 40,000 vehicles a month.

According to Satyakam Arya, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, “As our made-for-India brand BharatBenz reaches new heights, we continue to invest in the future.”

He added that the ten new touchpoints reflect the company’s commitment to customers and confidence in the growth of the local commercial vehicles market.

“Our growing pan-India network is now even more robust. These touchpoints are located on leading national and state highways, improving our coverage of the golden quadrilateral,” said Rajaram Krishnamurthy, Vice President Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles.
