The company has launched it through a new vertical, Toyota’s Mobility Service (TMS). It will spearhead TKM’s mobility initiatives in India in the future.
To begin with, Toyota’s Mobility Service will provide leasing and subscription to customers in the cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. Later on gradually it will be expanded to ten more cities within the first year.
Initially TKM will partner with existing Brand “KINTO” under Toyota Financial Services, ALD Automotive India and SMAS Auto Leasing India.

The monthly fee will be inclusive of vehicle maintenance and insurance in addition to roadside assistance.
For subscription, the consumers will have the flexibility to choose for usage of 24 months to 48 months.
Car leasing & subscription provides the convenience of ownership with several flexibilities.
It also offers the customer to choose from a range of products that TKM is offering in India. The products include the Yaris, Innova Crysta, Glanza, Fortuner and the forthcoming Urban Cruiser.
Commenting on the occassion, Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President, Sales and Service, TKM, said, “Globally, the automotive industry is experiencing a ‘once-in-a-century’ profound transformation. As automobile manufacturers, we too transform ourselves from a traditional car company to a mobility company.”
The role of Toyota’s Mobility Service, as per Soni, is targeted at providing one such solution catering to emerging mobility requirements of the consumers.
Both leasing and subscription are expected to grow significantly in the future.
