International Green Vehicle Expo 2021 to be held in Bangalore from Nov 27-29

International Green Vehicle Expo 2021Media day, Bangalore is organizing 2nd International Green Vehicle Expo 2021 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) from November 27 to 9, 2021.

The expo will cover Electric and hybrid vehicle, components, Batteries, GPS systems and allied industry in association with the central government, Karnataka governments. Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association, Auto Dealers Association. Bengaluru, Hubbali Automobile Dealers Association, Karnataka Two Wheeler Workshop Owners and Technicians Association, and other local bodies.

President of Auto Dealers Association Rahamatulla, Secretary Venkatesh, KAPAMA President Rajan,  along with Ansar, President – BCC, Suresh, Vice President – KAMEA, Bhaskar naidu, Secretary – KTWOTA, P H Raj Purohit, Chairman – Garments Association and expo organisers Mudassir and  Ram were present at the press conference held today at FKCCI auditorium, Bangalore to announce the date of 2nd international green vehicle expo .

The expo will showcase the complete range of technology and products covering across Electrical and Hybrid Vehicle industry and will ensure to be an excellent one stop destination to explore new business tie-ups, engage with the industry experts and find future business partners.

The trade fair targets at showcasing the true potential of Electrical vehicle and Hybrid Vehicle industry at the upcoming show.

The Green Vehicle Expo aims to be instrumental in providing an apt platform to the industry players and OEMs to explore the market potential for their products in India.

As per various agency reports, India will have a better progress on electric two-wheelers, rickshaws and electric buses in next 10 years. The report projects that by 2040, EVs will constitute 40 per cent of the total passenger vehicle fleet in India. At the end of 2017, there were only 6,000 highway capable electric cars in India. However, the BNEF study expects that the annual sales of electric vehicles will touch  30,000 units mark in 2022 as compared to 2,000 units in 2017.

If this study becomes true, they will constitute about 6.6 per cent of annual vehicle sales by 2030 and go up to 27 per cent by 2040. This means that by 2040, about 13 per cent of the passenger vehicles plying on Indian roads will be electric.

AutoTechnika & Green Vehicle Expo

With over 100 exhibitors showcasing more than 400 products, AutoTechnika & Green Vehicle Expo provided a vital platform not only to the well-known automotive firms but also to the promising small and medium scale auto and allied sector companies in India.
