We are absolutely thrilled to introduce this ‘naked-Panigale’ to India. This motorcycle masterfully blends the raw, exhilarating soul of a superbike with the versatility and comfort needed for everyday riding. With its aggressive styling, all new potent V2 engine, and comprehensive electronics, the Streetfighter V2 is engineered to deliver a truly intuitive, lively, and distinctive riding experience, perfectly capturing its spirit!”

Design & Ergonomics

The Streetfighter V2 retrieves the typical stylistic features of the Streetfighter family. The sharp and menacing “look” of the front, traced by the Full-LED headlights and DRL, makes an immediately recognizable profile. The rear, completely faired in continuity with the front, creates a monolithic effect between the seat and the tail, recalling the Desmosedici MotoGP and underlining the bike’s sporty soul. The new six-spoke light alloy wheels, with a “Y” profile, are finished in black, perfectly complementing the full Ducati Red livery.

Ergonomics have been meticulously designed for both support and comfort. The rider’s seat, at 838 mm, allows for easy footing, while the fuel tank’s ergonomic shape provides crucial support during braking and cornering, reducing physical effort.

The New V2 Engine

At the core of the Streetfighter V2 is the new 90° V2 engine, 890 cc and Euro5+ homologated. Weighing a mere 54.4 kg, it is the lightest twin-cylinder ever produced by Ducati. It delivers a maximum power of 120 hp at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 93.3 Nm at 8,250 rpm. Its generous power delivery, with over 70% of maximum torque available at just 3,000 rpm, ensures an exciting response at every throttle opening. For track enthusiasts, a racing exhaust is available as an accessory, increasing power to 126 hp and reducing weight by 4.5 kg.

The six-speed transmission features the second-generation Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0, providing a more direct and precise gear shift feel. An oil bath slipper clutch with progressive hydraulic control ensures a light lever pull, enhancing riding pleasure.

Unrivaled Chassis & Handling

The Streetfighter V2 is built around a lightweight and efficient monocoque frame, using the V2 engine as a stressed element. This compact and rational solution contributes to the bike’s impressive dry weight of 175 kg (Streetfighter V2 S) and 178 kg (Streetfighter V2), making it the lightest Streetfighter ever produced.

SuperSport-Derived Electronics

The Streetfighter V2 is equipped with a state-of-the-art electronics package, featuring a 6-axis IMU inertial platform for comprehensive control and safety. This includes:

  • ABS Cornering: With a “slide by brake” function for controlled sliding into corners.
  • Ducati Traction Control (DTC): With a new “predictive” control strategy for enhanced grip management.
  • Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC): For maximum acceleration performance with safety.
  • Ducati Quick Shift (DQS) 2.0: For seamless up and down shifts.
  • Engine Brake Control (EBC): To optimize stability during aggressive braking.

Riders can instantly adapt the bike’s behavior by choosing from four Riding Modes (Race, Sport, Road, Wet), each offering pre-configured and user-modifiable intervention levels for all controls and engine response. The new 5” TFT dashboard provides a clear and intuitive rider interface, with three display modes (Road, Road Pro, Track) to suit different riding contexts.
