Škoda Auto India inaugurates its first-ever Express Care facility in India

Skoda Auto India Express CareŠkoda Auto India has continued to expand its customer-centric initiatives with the inauguration of its first-ever Express Care facility at Kun Motor Enterprises in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Located at Perungudi on OMR Road, this facility further strengthens the brand’s aftersales network and commitment to enhancing the ownership experience, while also introducing Škoda Express Care, a new offering under the Škoda Super Care programme aimed at delivering greater convenience and efficiency to customers.

Facility Insights

The aftersales facility spans 27,900 sq. ft. and is equipped with 16 service bays. Škoda Auto India currently has 10 Customer Touchpoints in Chennai and 31 Customer Touchpoints across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Hosur, Karur, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Salem, Thanjavur, Tiruppur, Trichy, and Vellore.

Complementing our broader customer-focused ownership ecosystem under the Škoda Super Care Programme, the Škoda Express Care features dedicated service infrastructure, advance job card preparation, parts pre-kitting, certified technicians working through a parallel workflow model, and real-time service tracking through WMS 2.0. Available across the current Škoda model range for eligible periodic maintenance visits, Express Care is designed to deliver a more streamlined and efficient service experience while maintaining Škoda’s quality standards.
