In November 2025, the e-3W industry registered record retail sales of 83,682 units, marking a robust 32% YoY growth 63,400 units in the same month a year ago.

November 2025 sales translate into 2,784 units sold every day i.e. one vehicle sold every two minutes.

India’s electric three-wheeler industry is witnessing the fastest transition to electric mobility, continues to register robust growth mainly driven by traditional ICE OEMs which have diversified into zero-emission vehicles.

The segment’s cumulative January-November 2025 sales stood at  709,506 units, up 12% YoY.

This block buster sales ensures that India remains the world’s largest electric three-wheeler market for the third year in a row, having beaten China in 2023 for the first time.
